관현맹인전통예술단

As an official invitation to the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the Korean Traditional Music Orchestra of the Blind performed at the Last Mile Fan Zone, located at the Education City Stadium from November 24th to December 2nd, 2022. They also performed at the special invitation of the Korean Tourism Organization in Qatar and successfully concluded all the events in Qatar.

Together with the Hosanna Choir from Siloam Center for the Blind, the orchestra performed a total of 10 beautiful repertoires of traditional and contemporary songs such as 'Tiger is Coming,' 'Eogiyeora,' and 'Arirang,' spanning Korea and the world, and conveyed the beauty of Korean culture to the world gathered at the World Cup festival.

관현맹인예술단은 '2022 FIFA월드컵'의 공식 초청을 받아 대한민국 대표팀 경기장(Education City Stadium)이 위치한 Last Mile Fan Zone에서 11월 24일부터 12월 2일까지의 공연을 진행했습니다. 또 현지 한국관광공사의 특별 초청을 받아 공연 하며 카타르에서의 모든 일정을 성공적으로 마무리하였습니다.

수제천, 취타 등 전통합주곡은 물론 실로암시각장애인복지관의 호산나합창단과 함께 ‘범 내려온다’, ‘어기여라’, ‘아리랑’ 같은 전통과 현대, 한국과 세계를 아우르는 총 10곡의 아름다운 레퍼토리로 월드컵 축제에 모인 세계인들에게 한국 문화의 아름다움을 전하였습니다.
