Organized by the KTMOB and the Siloam Center for the Blind, the performance was sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Korea Disability Arts & Culture Center, and the Community Chest of Korea and concluded with a total of five performances at the Au Co Arts Center in Hanoi, the Hanoi University of Foreign Studies (ULIS), the Rehabilitation Center for the Blind (TRCB), the Vietnam Women's Academy, and the Nguyen Dinh Chieu School (NDC school). Through this performance, they showed the artistry of blind performers from each country to the world and promoted friendship between the Republic of Korea and Vietnam.

On October 12, 2022, the main performance was held at the Au Co Arts Center in Hanoi, Vietnam, and was attended by H.E. Kyung Duck Lee, Acting Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Vietnam, and Lam Van Doan, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Social Affairs Committee.

관현맹인전통예술단과 실로암시각장애인복지회가 주최한 이번 공연은 문화체육관광부와 한국장애인문화예술원, 사회복지공동모금회의 후원을 받아 진행했으며, 하노이 아우 꺼(Au Co)예술센터를 비롯하여 하노이 국립 외국어대학교(ULIS), 시각장애인재활센터(TRCB), 베트남 우먼스 아카데미(Vietnam women’s Academy), 응우옌 딘 치우 학교(NDC school)에서 총 5회의 공연을 마치며 각 국 시각장애인예술단의 예술성을 세계에 알리고 한국과 베트남의 우호를 증진 하였습니다.

10월 12일에 하노이 아우 꺼(Au Co)예술센터에서 진행된 메인 공연은 대한민국 이경덕 대사대리(공사)와 베트남 국회에서 럼 반 돤(Lam Van Doan) 국회사회위원회 부위원장 등이 자리를 빛내주셨습니다.
